Product Information

  • All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings

  • Measurements are approximate

  • As items are handmade in small batches, slight variations may occur

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Payment is required at checkout

  • We accept major debit and credit cards, plus secure methods displayed at checkout

  • Orders will not be processed if payment fails

Order Process

  • Adding items to your basket does not reserve them

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation - this forms your contract with us

  • Please check order details carefully at this stage

Made-to-Order & Delivery

  • All products are made to order, with a typical lead time of 6 weeks

  • Once dispatched, we aim to make delivery within 7 working days

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout

  • We currently deliver to UK addresses only. For other destinations, please contact us directly

  • You may cancel your order if delivery is significantly delayed

  • Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivered - please check items upon receipt

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours (with photos if possible). Once returned, we will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
